During the mid twenties all-in-one lingerie became popular, leving behide the corset and moving into the curvie brassiere era of the 1930's. After moving to New York City, as a teenager her good looks brought her modeling jobs. While she attending a normal school in New York, she visited the World Film Studio in Fort, Lee, New Jersey. Two days later she was working there as a extra and making $3 a day.
